Nora “Ninja” Op – Quiet….and lethal. You won’t know where she came from, but you’ll know where she’s been. Nora is a first generation American. She spent her early formative years in sunny California before escaping to Arizona as a teenager. She graduated in the top 10% of her class and decided she wanted to hone her skills in the real world by moving at the age of twenty to the mecca of all warrior training centers, Nebraska. There, she faced harsh elements. Not just the weather, but in her career as well. Nora infiltrated Ameritrade – now TD Ameritrade – under the guise of a temp employee, which soon became permanent due to her formidable skills. Within six years of employment she climbed her way up in the ranks and became New Accounts Manager leading 12-18 employees. Her responsibilities included project management, process development and supervision. Nora’s unconventional tactics propelled her to obtain her Series 7, 63 and 24 licensing during her employment while also completing her training as an elite warrior by graduating from the University of Nebraska. Nora’s first formal scouting assignment brought her back to Arizona in 2001, where her mission was to use her training and tactical skills to develop a successful career. In 2003, she joined a mortgage company where by 2007 she became branch manager and then Vice President commanding a band of over 50 rogue loan officers. Nora’s responsibilities were day-to-day operations, pipeline management and monthly P&L’s for her branch. All accomplished in true ninja fashion, complete with chaos and not without opposition. As with any good espionage specialist, Nora blends in well with her surroundings. She is bilingual and hopes to establish working relationships with her native country. She is a PSI graduate and an Ambassador with the Chandler Chamber of Commerce welcoming new businesses into the community. Nora’s membership with the diversity committee assists other minority business owners and future ninjas to achieve success and build a culture of awareness and appreciation for diversity in the community. Nora’s many disguises and strong organizational skills serves as the foundation for Nemesis, Inc. and keep those around her on track for success. The Ninja code: Accomplish the mission by whatever means necessary… |

“Mad” Mike Koski – entered this world many moons ago from the hills of an Indian reservation in Belle Fouche, SD. His early years were spent as a nomad, roaming across the country before his family settled in Lincoln, NE. At 19, his first venture into the entrepreneurial world was in real estate during his college years. Shortly thereafter, he started another company known as Vision Industries. Mike grew his manufacturing company from two employees to over thirty in just five years with clients such as John Deere, Brand Hydraulics, Motorola and Kawasaki. Vision Industries maintained its reputation, success and profitability until he sold it and relocated to Phoenix, AZ. He also worked with the professors and engineers of Florida Atlantic University to create and design an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle(s) to traverse the ocean floor for research. While still in Lincoln, Mike branched his company off into Vision Sports and had a couple of successes there too. He co-invented the first air-powered gun to shoot hot dogs, t-shirts, and other novelty items into a packed stadium crowd at sporting events. His ingenuity spawned and was a catalyst for other variations that are seen at sporting events nationwide today. Vision Sports was also known for being the first to use titanium and other alloys to increase the speed of mini-sprint cars for the industry and in its first year of business won the National Championships for that year. After moving to Phoenix, AZ, Mike started Valley Land Design, Inc. with a business partner. After three years in business, Mike’s business acumen has made Valley Land Design, Inc. profitable in both residential and commercial landscaping with sales averaging over $1 million annually. To maintain a spark of sanity in his mad, mad, world, Mike stays involved with his community through various organizations. A PSI graduate, Mike is an active member of his local Chamber, he volunteers with the Schutzhund association training police and fire rescue dogs. He also participates in Habitat for Humanity and is a proud sponsor and supporter of peewee football. Mike’s passion is for all things sports related (especially football) and feeding his entrepreneurial sickness. His foray and participation with Nemesis, Inc. is a perfect fit for his extensive knowledge, skills, talents and insanity. “If you’re not living on the edge, you’re taking up too much space.” Mad Mike Koski |

Paul “Guillotine” Gibson – While the French are credited for the invention, Paul keeps it alive in the mainstream. Not literally, of course…. Paul has been professionally utilizing his creativity since 1991 from designing of vehicle graphics, developing molds for new products, to creating, manufacturing and distribution of toys to the general public. He was also responsible for engineering a number of ammunition storage facilities while in the military which is still in use today. Paul has channeled his talents over the last eight years in the field of logistics. His responsibilities as a Vice President with both Suntech Circuits and Unreal Toys since 2000 included purchasing, logistics, wholesale sales, physical distribution and facility layout. His responsibilities have taken him overseas to Asia to inspect, oversee and implement standards for manufacturing and importing of products to the United States. Paul has high standards for himself and expects the same from all he works with. Those who let him down feel the effects of his “off with their heads” approach. When he’s not upholding the standards of his vendors, or immersed in developing a new product, he enjoys staying in touch with his community. He’s very involved in his Church and equally involved in PSI through their leadership and mentoring programs. He believes those relationships keep him grounded and focused on what’s important in life. (We think it gives him access to unsuspecting souls who don’t know – but will find out – why, he’s Paul “the Guillotine” Gibson) Paul’s creative mindset and the ability to craft something from nothing is essential to Nemesis, Inc. Paul’s role will take Nemesis, Inc. and it’s products to new heights and new territories…. and maybe collect a few heads along the way. |

Heath ' Killer' Kelly - an admitted Wisconsonite, born and raised, from the holy land that is green and gold and good….Always conscientious, Mr. Kelly waited precisely one week after the end of the regular Green Bay Packer season to make his entrance into the world. Needless to say, he is his father’s favorite child. Although, due to the three game losing streak, he threw a fit while in the womb and caused complications for his mother during childbirth. Mr. Kelly suffered many harsh winters and endured treacherous snowstorms to receive the finest Midwest education Wisconsin had to offer – including being a part of the 1993 Badger football history where they ended their season with its first historic 1994 Rose Bowl win. After a few more tortuous wintery years, Mr. Kelly wondered what life was like without snow. Thus, in 2001, he moved to Phoenix, AZ. In subsequent years, after living a life influenced by the southwestern atmosphere of Phoenix, AZ., Mr. Good-natured-Wisconsite Kelly, became Mr. Heath “Killer” Kelly….. Mr. Kelly, with his stealthy demeanor spent most of his time as a Construction Superintendent for a number of notable, nationally recognized homebuilders in the valley. His talents consisted of managing production and sales relations on multiple newly constructed communities. As Construction Development Manager with Centex Homes, he developed and maintained a number of training programs including New Hire Orientation, college internships, and various field personnel training programs. It was a small department of three – which, as a side note, initially began with more, but what happened to the others….Mr. Kelly won’t say. Married since 2006, his wife shares his passion for sports and travel. This is why Mr. Kelly’s strength is, naturally, in the field. Whether it is as a field manager, personnel trainer, or in the typical football, baseball and track field, therein lies his playing field, where Mr. Kelly does his best work. His combination of his Midwestern values – that people find comforting, his endearing qualities – that sneak up on you, meanwhile…the killer smile…..the killer instinct… |
